IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING
The Hockey Canada Registration (HCR) system is used by all leagues across Canada and is governed, maintained, and developed by Hockey Canada. All members of the GTHL, OMHA, and Alliance will be using this system. The HCR offers a very secure system which will ensure privacy of information for all members.
All registrations will take place on-line. If you do not have access to the Internet you can contact the registrar directly or visit the MHL office to become a member and register players. In addition, please ensure that you enter your e-mail address correctly as the e-mail address provided on the registration form will be used for the majority of communication from the Associations and the League.
All player registrations will require you to:
• Be a resident of Mississauga
• Have a birth certificate number, passport or citizenship number
• Agree to the City of Mississauga & MHL Fair Play Code of Conduct
Please be reminded to have your player’s birth certificate, passport or citizenship number available. Registration requires these valid numbers and will not be processed or approved without them..
Players signed to 2010-11 “A” or Gold teams do not need to register as they will have been registered prior, at try-outs.
Key Points
• All users must have an email address in order to register any player – you select your own password….you DO NOT require the Hockey Canada Registration number – leave this field blank.
• Watch for fields marked with a red asterisk (*) as these are mandatory fields.
• Have Birth Certificate ‘Registration Number’ and/or passport number on hand for each player.
• Player or Goalie Registration – please select correct category.
• Payment – if paying by Credit Card, please make sure address entered on HCR system matches address on Credit Card Statement, otherwise, payment may be rejected.
• Sibling Discount of $25 is applied to second + player registered from same family. Please apply discount when remitting cheque to registrar for payment.
• If you were registered with the MHL last season and have not been able to register your player using the HCR system, kindly email the Clarkson registrar for assistance.
IMPORTANT
Certain older Internet Explorer version 6 browsers have issues at the Address and Payment section of Online Registration. They do not have any fields to type in information and cannot continue. It is not ALL version 6 browsers; it is a specific version of that version 6 browser that, for some reason, does not show the address fields on that page and/or allow you to proceed with payment. You can check your Internet Explorer version by clicking on Help > About Internet Explorer within Internet Explorer.
It is recommended that you update your browser to the newest version by going to the Microsoft Update site at http://update.microsoft.com if your version 6 is over 7 years old. This Microsoft website will scan your computer for any Microsoft updates that your computer needs, including version 8 of Internet Explorer. It is easy to use. Simply follow the few steps required.

Tyke (4-6 years old): $375.00
Minor Novice - Novice (7-8 years old): $325.00
MInor Atom - Minor Peewee: $350.00
Peewee - Midget: $425.00
Juvenile: $225
Minor Novice Gold - Novice Gold: $425.00
Minor Atom "A" - Midget "A": $475.00 - plus $150 for home/away jerseys (if required) to the cost for A player registration.
Sibling Discount $ 25 **applied to 2nd+ player registered for same family

Refund Policy for registrations withdrawn or cancelled:
Before September 1, 2010, fee paid less a $75.00 administration fee.
After September 1, 2010 but before November 15, 2010, fee paid less $125.00 is refundable.
After November 15, 2010 no refund is available.
If a multi player discount was applied, the refund will be based on the discounted fee.
